SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
We offer international shipping on all items. if you place your items in the cart and enter your address, the shipping total will calculate for you before you commit to purchase.
Most items are shipped from NYC or LA within 1 business day of purchase but please note that if you select 2-3 Day priority shipping, that is the postal handling time only. Although we do our best to ship immediately, sometimes there is a delay as some items need to be personally signed or garments sourced if hand-painted. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Custom apparel and fine art commissions please allow 4-6 weeks to ship unless agreed to otherwise.
You will receive an email from info@dueldiagnosis when your order has been confirmed & shipped.
Art pieces over 36” will be professionally crated and shipped under separate charge payable by collector.
Local pickup/ delivery available for art pieces going to a location in Los Angeles.
Shipping is calculated at check-out based on order weight and location.
Orders placed inside the United States will be shipped using USPS Priority 3-day mail.
International orders will be shipped using USPS. Each nation will be charged necessary sales tax, calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes and/or customs incurred on your end during receipt. Please contact your local customs prior to purchase to find out your exact custom tax or duty.
